Energetic Facial Release
We store on our face what we emotionally feel and a great example of this is when we are feeling stressed or frustrated, we often carry this emotion around our jaw area causing discomfort and in some cases a deep ache. Similarly, when we are feeling worried or being too mental (over-thinking and stuck in our head) about a certain situation, we can feel this as a tightness or pressure in our forehead or temple area.
The Energetic Facial Release is exquisite and very relaxing to receive. The many releasing techniques allow a shedding like effect to occur, leaving your body and being in sync and in a deep state of stillness.
No different to the energy centres in our body, we also have energy centres (nadis) in our face. These nadis are connected to corresponding areas in the body. This means that although this gentle massage technique is focused on the face area only, the healing that occurs can be felt throughout the whole body.
Do not be surprised if you fall asleep during the session as the quality of the session supports you to relax, clear the mind and let go of any tightly held tensions or emotions.
One of the many healing qualities of this treatment is that it re-connects you to the knowing that our true beauty comes from within.
It reminds us to let go of any facade that we may be carrying around and to surrender instead to the natural beauty that has always been there.
It is from this place of natural beauty and deep connection, that we discover that our true beauty has nothing to do with how we may look on the outside or how our 'looks' may be perceived by others. It is a natural emanation that is felt from the inside and is largely governed by the way we choose to live and feel about ourselves.
